Facility ManagerGenerally, 8 - 5 p.m. M-F$60,000-65,000Atlanta, GA

We are currently seeking a Facility Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client operations and will report to the Facility Manager or Senior Facility Manager. The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective, high-quality decisions. They must understand complex client and customer relationships and develop open, effective, and consistent communication with client and customer representatives. The candidate will have responsibility for assigned site budgets, maintenance and operations, safety and compliance, reporting, contract services, material, equipment, and supplies purchases.

Responsibilities:

Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with JLL account and client standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction; deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environment, and risk management policies and procedures that relate to the site.Assist Facility Manager with developing and managing facilities OpEx and CapEx budgets for the assigned site, proactively track variances and manage within target; achieve or exceed financial targets and ensure effective, efficient, and economic operation of assigned site.Achieve cost savings through maximizing utilization of in-house maintenance techs, preferred vendors/contractors, and identify additional efficiency opportunities, consistent with client goals.Implement preventive and ongoing maintenance/repair programs; manage repairs and maintenance, minor work, and other requests, tracking to completion.Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor management, highly desired.2+ years of facilities or property management experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.Experience with managing multiple vendors.Strong organizational and management skills.Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Clean MVR and ability to operate fleet vehicle.This position requires the ability to be on-call as needed and to respond to building issues during and after normal business hours, on holidays, and weekends.
