Regional Income Development Executive

to support the sales efforts in our East Division. The ideal candidate will live in the territory that allows for travel within Central PA and Maryland.Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through training related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.They will also:Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space.Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships.Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed.Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no cap incentive plan.Receive excellent benefits and a company car (All candidates are subject to a driving record check).Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipOR• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales LeadershipAND• Must reside in the territory required by the position.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.• Dealership training experience.• Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership.• Basic knowledge of all F&I products.• Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims.• Ability to multi-task.Location(s):Remote Working: YesSchedule: Full Time
