The Opportunity:In this role, you will report to the Territory Manager and will work closely with Avantor's Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.Location:

Microsoft Teams experience preferredSpill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG and Hazwoper training a plusGMP and GLP training a plusCPR training and OSHA Right to Know preferredInside sales experience and cross-referencing skills a plusPotential to manage Scientific ServicesHow you will thrive and create an impact:Avantor's Lab and Production Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.In this role you will:Oversee the stock-out tracker, CRM tools, and team processes.Monitor metrics and lead times.Develop and maintain SOPs, SOWs, SPIs, and KPIs.Serve as a liaison among customers, Avantor services, and Avantor sales.Supervise inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.Collaborate with lab operations, facilities, and various carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx).Manage material orders, procurement (including creating material orders), assess required orders, and input data into the customer computer system.Disclaimer:
