Senior Business Data Analyst
to join a stellar team. Within the Digital Transformation organization, the Senior Business Data Analyst will provide strategic business and data analysis services to our Finance and business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the Broadridge Finance community, Product Owners, and Business Units to execute activities within the digital transformation strategy. As a Data Analyst, this professional will analyze data, implement data governance practices, and manage data quality as we look to execute an enterprise Data Strategy. This role will be key to the success of our Digital transformation by supporting program management activities, tracking benefit realization, and managing risks throughout the program.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, or user experience through process reengineering, automation, centralization, smart-shoring, and technology. Responsibilities will include assisting project/program managers on larger more complex projects.Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs across Finance.Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists) to communicate progress updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to a diverse audience (for example, senior management, technical staff, vendors).Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.Qualifications:
