You should have a solid understanding of our product strategy and roadmap and the technical stack, and have direct lines to key business, product, and tech owners within Broadridge. You will perform this role across the Client’s US and Canadian brokerage businesses and will serve the Client's interests across the Global Technology Organization and Investor Communications Solutions organizations.Responsibilities:

Understand Client technology stack, dependencies, and key organizational processes and stakeholders across business, tech, and ops verticals.Offer guidance to Client on strategic initiatives, significant situations requiring urgent and immediate attention.Attend key Supplier, Client, and Supplier/Client discussions to ensure continuity and communication.Not circumvent the service delivery process on BAU issues, including production outages, defect reporting, and routine enhancement requests.Remain informed of all actions and events pertaining to Client.What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of managing complex projects or multiple projects combined into a program with shown success.Proficient in MS Word, MS-Excel, and PowerPoint.Background in Supplier Services.15+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.Solid track record for delivering results.MS-Project Server 2010 experience.Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile Boards.Knowledge of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
