Lead Analyst, Contract Validation & Analytics (CVA)

to support our Enterprise Contract Solutions! The location for this position is in

Raritan, New Jersey!As a Validata Analyst, within the U.S. ECM organization, you will support the contract validation and data integrity processes to ensure the efficient and compliant management of our Managed Markets contracts. This role will serve as a subject matter authority and perform the validation process for Customers data submissions, ensuring submission is accurate and complete to verify adherence to contractual terms and conditions. The Analyst is responsible for working with external customers and internal business partners in the resolution of day to day operations or process exceptions and implement projects focused on improving the contract and data validation processes. This role is responsible for collaborating with business partners and customers to improve the data scrubbing process with the Rebate Operations team. The Analyst will also synthesize and manage complex data feeds.Key Responsibilities:Ensure flawless and timely validation of all data submissions, adhering strictly to contractual obligations, Corporate Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, and JJHCS standards.Apply your exceptional analytical skills to analyze and validate data submissions for payments, offering valuable insights to educate business partners on the accuracy of customer submissions.Process 340B claims and recover prior paid duplicate claims, supporting commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, ADAP, and other state programs.Drive process improvement initiatives, establish strong relationships with internal and external partners, and contribute to compliance management and reviews.Implement contract administration strategies effectively, in line with the long-term vision of the US Region Contracting Model and utilizing advanced systems.Provide valuable input to business units, translating business strategies into efficient contract administration processes.Generate comprehensive reports on process metrics and benchmarking, showcasing your solid understanding of IT systems and tools.Contribute to various projects and tasks as assigned by management.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree/certification preferred.Skills & Experience:Required:A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.Proven expertise in data analytics, including analysis, scrubbing, and interpretation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to handle conflicting priorities and deliver results.Proficiency with MS Excel VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables, enabling you to effectively analyze complex data sets.Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate work product and business results to leadership.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.Preferred:Proficiency with data mapping and mining tools/systems.Experience in business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, or contract analytics.Track record of successfully implementing and monitoring internal controls and business processes.Knowledge of the healthcare contracting process.Familiarity with industry contracting systems (e.g., Model N/Revitas) or business tools (e.g., SQL and Power BI).Proficiency in creating data visualizations and detecting irregularities in trends.Experience with prescription-level pharmaceutical claims data.Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry/sector.Other:This position may require up to 5% domestic travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
