We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and innovative professional to join our divisional Semiconductor Procurement team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving excellence, this role is for you!

Core Accountabilities:

Lead Strategic Supplier Relationships : Manage contracts and supply agreements with our key suppliers.

Innovate Procurement Processes : Implement cutting-edge procurement and strategic sourcing methodologies.

Expand Our Supplier Network:

Develop new and alternative suppliers to meet our division’s evolving needs.

Drive Continuous Improvement : Enhance quality, delivery, and cost efficiency with existing suppliers.

Mitigate Risks:

Address risks from divisional strategies and operational models.

Ensure Compliance:

Uphold ethical purchasing policies and specifications.

Evaluate Suppliers : Assess suppliers based on financial stability, technical capability, quality, logistics, compliance, and cost structure.

Engage Early in Projects:

Facilitate early supplier involvement in technology projects.

Plan for Continuity:

Develop business continuity plans and agility strategies for critical suppliers.

Promote Sustainability:

Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement.

Identify Cost Savings:

Lead cost reduction initiatives.

Optimize Supply Chains:

Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing departments.

Build Strong Relationships:

Foster strong connections with internal stakeholders and other divisions.

To succeed you will need to demonstrate:

Educational Background:

ideally Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience:

At least 5 years in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strategic Mindset:

Experience in a strategic role or developing category strategies.

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in cost analysis and supply market intelligence.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Track Record:

Proven success in improving supply chains and supplier relationships.

Language Skills:

Full fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel as required.
