Job SummaryAs a Preschool Director, you will oversee the daily operations and educational programs of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, budgeting, and curriculum development.Implement education administration policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.Develop strategic planning initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided.Educate parents on preschool programs, policies, and their child's progress.Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to foster professional growth.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of educators and support staff.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for operational efficiency.Experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood development.A degree from a university in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.Strategic planning skills to set goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay : $2,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
