Warehouse Associate - Picking/Packaging (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
S. Kirby and Company is an import company that provides goods and distribution to the automotive and hospitality industries. We are seeking experienced warehouse employees who understand how the pick-and-pack system works.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently pull and pack products to meet daily orders.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Maintain strict organization and rotation of products.
Vigilantly monitor and report product quality issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts with precision.
Promptly report any mechanical problems.
Actively seek and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
Enforce good manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
Keep the work area clean, sanitary, and safe at all times.
Fulfill any other assigned duties with determination.
Seeking a dedicated full-time employee able to work Monday through Friday for 8-hour shifts, offering competitive compensation and exceptional benefits.
Qualifications / Skills:
Ability to read and understand pick tickets
Accurate pulling of parts from pick tickets
Capability to package parts according to customer requirements with precision
Self-motivated with great attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
