Direct and manage all project assigned functional leaders and respective teams in all aspects of project to ensure the EPC project is delivered equal to or better than the as-sold budget and schedule.Serve as point of customer contact and ensure communication from project managers on project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.Champion the organization’s commitment to safety and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety and D&Z values by providing leadership and establishing expectations and accountability related to the execution of an effective Customer and D&Z safety program across the entire Business Line.Oversee tactical reviews of the EPC project plans to ensure the plan is realistic and achievable, including working with all functional leaders to ensure properly staffed to deliver the project.Work with the commercial and legal management team to drive effective project and contract management governance, procedures, tools, and financial controls are established and maintained by all project managers.Effectively partner with functional areas via the appropriate Project Management Office to achieve shared goals, resolve conflicts, and establish/promote best practices and process improvement.Qualifications

Experience with cost management / project controls with a comprehensive understanding of Fixed-Price and T&M contracts.Ability to understand and work with key financial measurements to analyze the business; able to develop actions to correct financial performance and/or develop new business; knows the marketplace and understands how business strategies and tactics impact marketplace perception.Clearly and consistently gets information across in a timely and effective manner both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates the ability to influence people and get them to take appropriate action.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related solar construction field experience.10+ years of successful field renewables and EPC experience.NABCEP Associate Certification preferred and NABCEP PVIP certification preferred.In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - $150,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.We care about our employees and it shows.
