Job Description SummaryThe office manager maintains administrative tasks and works with every department to ensure staff focuses on what they do best—playing their part to achieve company goals. The Office Manager will be responsible for the daily function of the DFW based office to include routine maintenance, planning and overseeing travel weeks of the executive team as well as calendar management for the C-suite. This position will coordinate people and planning to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to Hana Group objectives.Consumer/Customer Focus, Planning and Priority Setting, CommunicationDuties & ResponsibilitiesOversees general office operations and gives reports to the managementCoordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendarsManages filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure and keeps inventory of orders related to the officeSupports staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issuesMonitors office management and designs innovative work systemsWorks with the Human Resources team to update office policies and onboard new hiresOversees guest/office experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls with timely follow upPlans all in-house or off-site activities of the organizationArranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentalsThis job posting describes the general duties and responsibilities for the position. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, communications, or in a related field or four years of office management/admin experienceCommunication skills to include ability to collaborate and provide timely supportExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrategic thinking abilities and exceptional attention to detailAdvanced computer skills with an aptitude to learn new systems and proceduresHands on experience with office machines and equipmentStrong grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core valuesHana Group North America is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAdditional Information
