Product Manager
to join the dynamic team. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have an established pattern of success in business development, portfolio management, and product development. We look forward to the new Product Manager bringing new solutions to market and driving commercial wins to fuel profitable growth here at Entegris.With the fast pace of innovations, the hired candidate must be able to manage multiple, diverse and complex projects with changing scopes and customer timelines. The ability to adapt to changing market conditions quickly and often is a must. We expect that the candidate will collaborate, share and be ready to learn in a team that partners closely with its customers.What You'll Do:Identify and implement market share growth opportunitiesDefine clear product requirements that align engineering and product development goals with customer needsLead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver a successful product to marketInterface with the global sales organizations to influence and direct action to meet business objectivesProvide strategic, technical and pricing guidance for sales proposalsDevelop strong product cost of ownership models and business cases to support new initiativesCollaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as R&D, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal and Supply Chain to accomplish business objectivesDevelop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risksCreate and present marketing materials including presentations, data sheets, promotional and training materials internally and externallyWhat We Seek:Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, engineering, or science discipline4-6+ years of Product Management or related experienceAbility to understand product P&L and take appropriate actions to continuously improve profitabilityGood financial skills, including experience with return-on-investment models and developing cost of ownership modelsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customersA strategic thinker to develop market/product plans and product marketplace positioningA commitment to be an evangelist for your products, services and messagesProactive approach to seeking customer interaction and the ability to translate customer challenges into solutions only Entegris can provideA collaborative leader to inspire cross-functional teams with the ability to prioritize and drive for executionAbility to travel domestically/internationally up to 25% of the timeOutstanding Candidates Will Have:Product Management experienceKnowledge of green hydrogen market ecosystem and requirementsExperience in gas purification or related technologyWhat We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
