Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team at a quick-service arcade, restaurant, bowling alley, and bar. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service/hospitality, an interest in growth, and a desire to be a contributing member to the community.Duties
Oversee daily operations during assigned shiftsTrain and supervise staff membersEnsure inventory control and ordering supplies as neededHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyOperate POS systems efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurantSkills
Strong leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in training and developmentKnowledge of inventory control proceduresFamiliarity with POS systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in catering, casual dining, bartending, or culinary roles is a plusJob Types : Full-time, Part-timePay : $12.00 - $25.00 per hourLicense/Certification :
