You will also generate key supply chain reports to provide supply chain risks and opportunities. You will work closely with the SCM operations teams and support strategic projects with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall supply chain process.The Supply Chain Management – Planning and Analytics team is responsible for providing analytical support to the internal SCM organization as well as to the PM and Sales teams.Role and Responsibilities:Provide analytical support to the TV SCM/PM team to aid in weekly CPFR planning of sell-out.Provide support to the Planning and Analytics team as necessary to help execute the weekly executive reporting related to TV forecasting.Identify key areas of operational inefficiencies within the forecasting process and propose solutions to management.Support other SCM related projects related to HE.Required Experience and Education:2-4 years of experience.Bachelor's DegreeAnalyticsNecessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Ability to communicate at different organizational levels and willingness to take initiative are particularly important.Business AcumenExcellent Analytical and Computer skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.Strong Excel skills required - Tableau and/or Alteryx a plus.Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal).Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
