If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager - B2C/B2B Campaigns to join our team.Role and Responsibilities:Oversee strategy and execution to maximize results across all paid marketing channels.Successfully drive B2C and B2B campaign objectives with marketing strategy and execution.Leading marketing campaigns (both HQ-led and Internal-led campaigns).Partner across internal teams and with partners on a global platform at HQ.Required Experience and Education:12-15 years directly managing digital performance channels, focused on Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retail media (especially Amazon DSP and SPA).Bachelor's degree required - MBA preferred.Working knowledge of Affiliate and PLA helpful.Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct-response media objectives in a digital-first organization; previous experience on the agency side or managing various media agencies is a must-have.High understanding of various audiences and data sources to connect paid media to full integrated marketing plan for launches and total portfolio.Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), Excel pivot tables, and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports.Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.High energy, works with a sense of urgency, highly responsive in a fast-paced environment along with a problem solver, optimistic attitude.Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
