If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.We are looking for a Graphic Designer – B2C Digital Marketing to join our team.Role and Responsibilities:Study design briefs and determine requirements.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Review incoming creative for brand requirements and aesthetic feedback.Manage multiple projects at one time.Present designs and speak to the concept.Provide presentations with design layouts for leadership and team members.Required Experience and Education:5-8 years of design experience working with B2C digital marketing related activities.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.Experience using MS PowerPoint for presentations.Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Ability to come up with ideas and visual concepts.Ability to understand and adhere to Brand guidelines.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Expert in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines.
