TeamWorx Security is seeking a Proposal Writer to join our growing team! You will have the opportunity to support awarded government contracts and create trusted relationships with our customer stakeholders.

This role involves collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI requirements. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise by translating client needs and company strategic objectives into high-quality, innovative proposals that stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review proposal strategies and themes to create a Proposal Management Plan, including compliance matrices, filling requirements through proposal development.

Work with capture, general counsel, business development, executives, and engineering team members to define proposal strategies and articulate solutions in a readable and compliant format.

Review RFPs/RFIs for suitability to company strategy and capabilities.

Participate and/or lead response composition efforts and graphic concept development.

Research, write, and produce a high volume of customer-facing documentation.

Write capabilities statements, proposals, or proposal sections (e.g., past performance or technical content).

Apply concepts for technical writing based on engineering drawings, technical information from engineering documentation, consultations with engineers and subject matter experts, and other available sources.

Develop and maintain tracking related to proposals, technology publications, and communications.

Work with graphic design team to develop compelling visuals, best practices, and templates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years of experience in writing proposals or technical writing.

US citizenship required and must be willing to submit for a DoD security clearance.

Demonstrated experience in producing and/or editing technical documents for all aspects of software and systems engineering.

Experience in government proposal development, including technical writing, editing, proofreading, production support, and technology industry knowledge.

Background knowledge or expertise in information technology and software engineering/development is strongly preferred.

Ability to integrate knowledge from Internet research, SMEs, and relevant company development efforts.

Must have demonstrated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other similar guidance, such as DFAR.

Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
