We are looking for candidates who will go into the Denver Tech Center on a regular basis.The Central Client Success organization is responsible for customer longevity, retention, and incremental revenue growth. We are hiring for a Global Customer Success Manager who will lead a team of Client Success Specialists passionate about maximum adoption of Oracle Health solutions and driving product usage, growth, and customer happiness.We are looking for a skilled manager with a proven track record of effectively leading a team. This position requires someone who can foster a positive team environment that promotes professionalism, trust, and accountability.The Manager will be responsible for leading their team and achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to improve revenue and minimize cancellations. They will develop their team, improve results through greater efficiency and productivity, and establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. They will also create expansion sales opportunities, interview and make hiring decisions, conduct performance reviews, provide career development coaching, take corrective action for poor performers, and provide regular performance metrics to senior management.The ideal candidate will be energized with building a forward-thinking Customer Success future and have deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services. Direct experience with leading sales and/or account management teams and driving organizational excellence is desired. They will have prior experience working with and leading various customer-facing sales subject areas and understand the challenges and opportunities associated with organic growth. This person will serve as the primary liaison between key Global Business Units covered by the Central Client Success organization. The ability to quickly build trust and confidence with business stakeholders is essential. Additionally, prior experience in renewals is helpful.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of progressively increased responsibilities in customer-facing sales and account management roles.7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of people management experience.Proven track record in managing multiple operational initiatives through completion.Ability to thrive in a complex environment and re-engineer business processes that deliver tangible results.Responsibilities:Drive operational performance goals and achieve quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations.Build the team and improve internal processes to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals.Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives.Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.Build ongoing customer relationships to drive renewals and maximize timely renewals.Drive client issue resolution by bringing the appropriate resources in to assist or escalating to VP.Life at Oracle:An Oracle career can span industries, roles, countries, and cultures, giving you the opportunity to tackle new roles and challenges while blending work and life. May be eligible for equity.
