Ask anyone who knows us - the caliber of our people sets us apart.CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORThe Contract Administrator is responsible for contract administration and ensuring process adherence in support of McGough’s contracting efforts. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and ensuring the quality of McGough’s owner agreements and contract language. This position is also responsible for the procurement and management of McGough’s insurance and surety requirements.Qualifications:Required:2+ years of construction contracting experienceDetail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracyDemonstrated ability to work independently and within established timeframesEnhanced organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to problem solve and synthesize information from multiple sourcesAbility to establish rapport and effectively advise all levels within the organizationAbility to work with confidential data and maintain privacyAbility to professionally voice concerns and effectively deal with conflictPositive can do attitude and continual learnerAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite skillsPreferred:Four-year degree in Business or related degreeExperience with construction and insurance bondingExperience using Contract Management (AIA) software, CRM and ERP softwareOffice and Travel:Primarily works in corporate office out of St. Paul. May be minimal travel between office locations.Job Responsibilities:Owner Contracts

Prepare draft construction services agreements, project contracts, exhibits, change orders, amendments and other documents; coordinate legal, Project Management and owner review and revisionsAddress specific questions or issues with Risk ManagementCreate final documents for signatureManage fully executed documents – scanning and archivalManage/update standard AIA documents and exhibitsCoordinate use of AIA software with vendor and usersCoordinate and educate necessary Teams on Owner Contracts

Surety/Insurance Responsibilities

Obtain Certificates of InsuranceCoordinate Builder’s Risk quotes, binding coverage, extensions and final auditsCoordinate Subcontractor Default Insurance; manage extensions and final auditsManage bond requests, finalization, changes and final auditsReview and approve broker invoices
