Business Analyst with Scrum Master experienceSummary
The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business.This is a hands-on Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience focused on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels.Responsibilities
Provide detailed analyses and documentation of requirements by working with your team as well as middle office, front office, operations, and technology teams.Analyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, data sources, interfaces, and process changes needed to address the user requirements.Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements for software projects.Work closely with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Create and update individual product backlogs resulting from an Agile development approach.Create detailed business requirements documentation and functional specifications.Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.Facilitate communication between clients and development team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.Facilitate the development, standardization, and implementation of Agile software development processes.Primary resource responsible for gathering and creating documented requirements using Jira and Confluence.Qualifications
