This position can work remotely from a home office supporting clients in the Great Lakes region of the United States.WHERE YOU'LL WORKThis position will work remote in the Great Lakes region of the United States.HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIMEProvide Consultation Services and professional presentationsContent development related to consultation topics/modulesDevelop virtual and on-site workshops with a focus on faculty development and program developmentBrainstorm and conceptualize new productsCollaborate in the development of product specificationsMarket Analysis (of the nursing market trends and competitors)WHAT YOU'LL NEEDCurrent licensure as a registered nurseMasters degree in Nursing required; PhD or DNP strongly preferredA minimum of 5 years of teaching experience requiredCNE preferredProficiency in basic technologies, specifically Microsoft Office, requiredProven comfort level and expertise presenting to small and large group audiences in person, via conference call and/or in web-enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologiesAbility to organize multiple tasks and succeed in a competitive environmentExperience with curricula (traditional, CBC, competency-based) and simulation strongly preferredExcellent speaking and writing skills, with attention to detailStrong team attitude towards working with colleaguesStrong desire to make a difference in nursing education at the program and faculty levelAbility to travel easily to schools across the countryAbility to adapt quickly to change planned delivery in challenging/unexpected environmentsAbility to organize workflow to ensure maximum coverage and optimal results as it relates to client outcomesBroad background of experience and expertise highly desirable, for example:Past experience as a chair or active member of curriculum and evaluation committeesAccreditation chair or team member site visitorIn-depth knowledge of active learning strategies, including simulation in a nursing programKnowledge of creating NCLEX-style items, interpreting item analyses, developing test blueprints at program and course levelAbility to analyze current issues impacting nursing education and practiceExperience in nursing administrationBENEFITSFlexible and generous paid time offCompetitive medical, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) employer matching programParental leaveWellness resourcesCharitable matching programEqual Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
