If this sounds like an environment where you'd thrive, read on to learn more.The Client Success Team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes. The team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA and NursingCE. The CS team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including, client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Nursing Education Consultant, you will join a dynamic team with a passion for providing professional development and curriculum accreditation expertise to nursing faculty and administration. You will lead the building and implementing of program management products including curriculum accreditation, systematic evaluation plans, clinical site management, and program evaluation to improve client outcomes.WHERE YOU’LL WORKThis position will work remote in the United States and will require up to 15% travel.HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIMEProviding Consultation Services and professional presentations to faculty on trending nursing education topics.Developing virtual and on-site workshops with a focus on faculty development and program developmentBuilding and implementing Nursing Program Management tools for curriculum accreditation, systematic evaluation plans, clinical site management, and program evaluation.Supporting faculty with the implementation of nursing software products into a curriculum.Completing Market Analysis (of the nursing market trends and competitors) for current topics for professional development presentations.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDCurrent licensure as a registered nurseMaster’s degree in nursing required; PhD or DNP strongly preferredA minimum of 5 years teaching experience required; 2 years Nursing Administration experience strongly preferred2 years of Curriculum Accreditation and Self Study Experience requiredCertified Nurse Education (CNE) preferredProficiency in basic technologies including Microsoft Office and ZOOM.Proven comfort level and expertise presenting to small and large group audiences in person, via conference call and/or in web-enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologiesExperience with curricula (traditional, CBC, competency based) and simulation strongly preferredStrong desire to make a difference in nursing education at the program and faculty levelAbility to organize workflow to ensure maximum coverage and optimal results as it relates to client outcomesExperience as a program chair, site visitor or active member of curriculum and evaluation committeesIn-depth knowledge of active learning strategies, including simulation in a nursing programKnowledge of how to write NCLEX-style items; interpret item analyses; develop test blueprints at the program and course levelBENEFITSFlexible and generous paid time offCompetitive medical, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) employer matching programParental leaveWellness resourcesCharitable matching programOn-site workout facilities (Leawood, Gilbert, Burlington)Community outreach groupsFostering A Sense of BelongingWe seek out and celebrate all people and perspectives and cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, feel valued and be their authentic selves.
