OneStream Implementation ConsultantRemote contract - Expected duration 6 monthsNo Sponsorship / W2 Only / No third party candidates considered for this position.We have an immediate need for a OneStream Implementation Consultant to join a leading provider of trusted in-home senior care. The OneStream Implementation Consultant will play a vital role in the successful deployment and utilization of the OneStream financial ERP system. Working closely with all stakeholders, including outside vendors, the Head of Financial Reporting, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying OneStream, ensuring it meets our business requirements.OneStream Expertise:

The ideal candidate will have implemented at least one successful project and must possess a strong background and in-depth understanding of OneStream. As a subject matter expert, you will be the go-to resource for all things related to OneStream within the organization.Implementation Experience:

Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing OneStream is essential. This includes configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs.Hands-On Approach:

The role requires a hands-on approach to understand the platform thoroughly. You will be responsible for configuring the systems, conducting testing, and ensuring the system's functionality meets our requirements.About the job:Our direct client is currently seeking a Senior OneStream Consultant to assume a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in the implementation of OneStream planning and consolidation software. As a senior consultant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of designing and implementing solutions, converting requirements into system design solutions, and effectively communicating with clients independently.Responsibilities:

Lead OneStream implementation projects, providing expert guidance and direction to clients throughout the process.Conduct client workshops and gather requirements, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.Configure OneStream software to meet client needs, including designing and building complex reports, dashboards, and workflows.Collaborate with technical resources to ensure integrations with other systems are successful.Train clients on OneStream software and best practices and provide ongoing support throughout the project and beyond.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert recommendations and strategic guidance to optimize their use of the OneStream software.Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience.Solid understanding of the delivery methodology and experience leading teams in the implementation of the OneStream software.Solid understanding of Financial Close Consolidation and planning processes.Strong understanding of metadata concepts (i.e., Cubes, hierarchies, dimensions).Ability to demonstrate the use of Workflow, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Security.Experience with data transformation tools, interfaces, integrations, reporting, and customizations.Education:

Bachelor's degree in financial accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.
