Prior Federal / Department of Defense experience

Technical and functional knowledge and experience with the latest industry trends and developments in enterprise IT solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including such products as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
Our Consultants solve our client's complex issues by learning the intricacies of the client's business and recommending improvements in their organizational structure, policies, business processes, system landscape, etc.
Our Consultants provide our clients with the information and data they need to improve operations and make informed business decisions.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of client's business activities, finding opportunities and providing meaningful and actionable insights.
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and strategies and ensure that the organization's analytic, business process, and technical landscape are fully aligned with those objectives and strategies.
Identify strategic and operational management needs and implications for analytic, data, process, and system strategy.
Identify, decompose, and translate business requirements in support of business/technical transformation.
Serve as a liaison to the subject matter experts in the relevant business process areas for business/technical transformation.
Record and document business processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of process improvement and process redesign.
Develop and conduct analyses in support of initiatives and projects to improve understanding.
Participate in business case development by identifying various courses of actions and the impacts of alternative solutions.
Engage cross organizational stakeholders to ensure consensus and buy in.
Provide advice and recommendations to client leadership and other cross-organizational management and ability to synthesize knowledge.
Share insights, results, recommendations, and status briefing in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with the client's senior executive's teams/clients.
Contribute to the establishment of data management strategies, principles, models, and standards.
Support data analysis, data cleansing and reconciliation of data across different systems.
Qualifications
Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Microsoft Excel knowledge / skills
Prior Federal / Department of Defense experience
