ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers promptlyObtaining customer and vehicle informationClearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehiclePreparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablishing follow-up timeMonitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequentlyVerifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplaining all completed work and charges to customers
QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role preferred,
but we will train the right candidatePositive attitudeTeam playerSales experience is a plusCSI focused
