to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with a variety of requests through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues by providing accurate information and solutions.

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.

Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing customer needs and offering relevant products or services.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
