Administrative and supervisory work in directing the overall activities of the city's housing code inspection and/or housing rehabilitation program. Work also includes directing hearings and providing technical assistance to property owners; and related work as required.Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.Three (3) years of inspectional experience interpreting, applying and enforcing municipal and other related City codes regarding zoning, land use, building, housing, dangerous buildings, inoperable vehicles, noise, litter, sanitation, weeds and/or other public nuisance code provisions, at least two (2) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.Note:

A Master's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience, but not for supervisory experience.Note:
