What does a successful Implementation Project Specialist do at Fiserv?The CardHub Implementation Project Specialist (IPS) is an integral member of the Fiserv Digital Implementation Team. As a part of the Digital Implementation team, this individual will implement a volume of projects while leveraging their abilities to collaborate, coordinate and implement CardValet and CardHub products in a timely manner. A successful candidate can work independently, and as a member of a team, enjoying fast-paced, problem-solving environment.The Card Services business at Fiserv provides complete debit, credit, and ATM payment services to financial institutions as well as Accel, a premier payments network. Our products, services and strategies allow our clients to maximize revenue, increase customer acquisition, improve retention, reduce expense, minimize risk, and increase share of wallet.What you will do:Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups.Coordinate activities and task among project teams, other internal departments and client or vendor.Ensure requirements for projects align to operational standards.Interact with product as required.Take projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.Provide consultation to the digital provider before, during and after implementation, including the review of best practices required for the efficient and effective use of the product.Manage multiple tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with requirements required for CardValet and CardHub support.Research product issues or problems propose product changes, updates, and procedures.Communicate progress and any potential or active issues to project team and manager for awareness and/or resolution.Develop and maintain professional client/digital provider relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.Support all related project tracking methods and systems to ensure accurate project information is available and is reported on time.Maintain project artifacts throughout the life of the project.Conducts product closure activities to formalize and communicate post implementation results.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.What you will need to have:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.Three years’ work experience in an implementation’s capacity or environment.Good project management knowledge including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects, issues, and tasks.Previous financial services industry, implementations, or installations experience highly desired.Previous client services/relationships experience and project management experience.Proficient computer skills including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint).Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Strong customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of clients and internal staff.Strong sense of accountability and follow through, effective problem-solving skills as well as a commitment to positive solutions and the client experience.This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global fintech leader with 40,000-plus (and growing) associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
