If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title : Product Manager, Sales EnablementWhat does a successful Product Manager, Sales Enablement do at Fiserv?You will lead the development, implementation, and successful launch of our Merchant Opportunity Analysis Tool. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, with a focus on empowering internal and external users with data to enhance merchant sales and grow our customer base. There’s a massive opportunity to apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics in creating a game-changing tool that will transform the way our sales and partner teams identify prospective merchants.What you will do:Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Merchant Opportunity Analysis Tool. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product objectives.Engage with internal and external customers to gather feedback and insights. Leverage this feedback to identify features and improvements that will enhance the user experience.Translate market requirements into clear and detailed product specifications.Oversee the development process, collaborating with engineering teams and UX/UI designers.Conduct user testing and gather feedback throughout the development process.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the tool's success and regularly assess its performance against these metrics.What you will need to have:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.3 years as a Product Manager, Management Consultant, Investment Banker, or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products.Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and product management best practices.What will be great to have:Technical background and experience working closely with engineering teams.Knowledge of the merchant industry and experience in sales enablement tools.Master's degree.This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global fintech leader with 40,000-plus (and growing) associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
