Find Your Forward at Fiserv, and join the industry leader in financial services technology.Currently, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager whose primary responsibility will be to reimagine how our Financial Institution Partners manage data and insights, leveraging Fiserv’s Open Data Platform. You will build a strategy that is outcomes driven with strong empathy for the user of your product. You will work closely with the VP, Product and Product Champions (Product Owners) to determine how your competitive strategy turns into an executable roadmap for the development team. You will work closely with internal and external partners to understand the needs of our clients, and where we can provide the most value. Finally, you will work closely with senior leaders to align your plan to Fiserv’s strategy.Please apply if you’re the kind of person who loves to:Own your product’s strategyListen to your clients, understanding the opportunities they present to make your product betterAdvise in the building and prioritizing of the product roadmap, while clearly articulating the product visionDig deep into data and trends and use that information for creating and justifying business casesCreate business cases based on that data, establishing pricing models, schedules, and guidelines on how to deliver real valueMonitor and report on the health of the productAs a Great Project Manager, you will:Interface with customers, recent evaluators and untapped, potential customers to identify market opportunities; map needs with target markets and perform analysis of a potential market opportunity to provide a basis for investmentWork collaboratively with development, UX and other stakeholders to devise user journeys, map user requirements to features of solution and build/launch/test features and continually iterate to build a winning solutionDevelop requirements and user journeys for new interfaces, scorecards and dashboards, which drive new value for targeted personas within the financial institution (CxO’s, retail managers, etc…)Improve NPS or LTR scores of existing solutions by closely working with customers, soliciting feedback and upgrading the feature sets of the UI of BI toolsIdentify competitive and alternative offerings and develop a strategy for winning against the competitionDetermine which channels best align with target markets' buying preferencesIntegrate products into a coherent portfolio of solutions focused on the market. Manage the portfolio like a "product" (business plan, positioning, buying process, market requirements and marketing plan)Establish a pricing model, schedules, guidelines and procedures and determine the most effective way to deliver a complete solution to an identified market problemAnalyze whether to buy, build, or partner to complete the solution for the target marketMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts the company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profitFocus the teams' creative spirit on solving market problems by leveraging your organization's distinctive competenciesEnsure that all departments are prepared for new product releases and all items are completed to launch the product externallyCreate and deliver thoughtful information (webinars, blogs, eBooks, etc) to influence customers, buyers, industry specialists, research analysts, key editors in the press and other third partiesDeliver product information to qualified buyers in support to existing sales effortsRequired QualificationsEducation : BS/BA and/or equivalent applicable working experience required. Advanced degree a plus.Job Related Experience :Minimum of five years of experience in financial technology product management with a focus on data analytics in the financial industry; managing products in a license, professional services, and SaaS type of business models.High degree of empathy for users, clients, and channel/ecosystem partners, and experience in using user journey mapping, value-based product prioritization, and other Lean/Agile product management practices to drive product adoption and client satisfactionHigh degree of domain expertise, and a genuine curiosity for, emerging technologies such as Cloud, APIs / Services, DevOps, Agile Development, Digital Form Factors (Mobile/Voice), Artificial Intelligence, and AnalyticsKnowledge, experience, and proficiency in product management standards and practices, with end-to-end product management disciplineProven leadership skills and business acumenStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationStrong results orientation with demonstrated track record of successA high degree of adaptability/flexibilityThe ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentTravel Required : 35% to 50%This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global fintech leader with 40,000-plus associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
