Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial/Warehouse

We are looking for talented superintendents with experience in tilt-wall buildings and warehouses to join the leading name in the field of light industrial construction. Our client is a well-established firm over 80 years old with large, complex projects all across the states, and is looking for highly motivated traveling superintendents to help lead them.Key responsibilities:Maintain control of the total construction project with the project manager, and ensure project is completed within the allotted time budget in an efficient mannerManage subcontractors and coordinate with them to ensure they complete their work within the project scheduleEnsure adherence to safety guidelines in all phases and areas of the projectAssist in the preparation of job progress reportsReview and approve all requisitions, orders, and invoicesQualifications:10+ years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendentExtensive experience working on warehouses and distribution centersCandidates MUST be open to nationwide travelExperience working with ProcoreCurrent, valid driver's licenseWhat they offer:Competitive salaryTraditional and Roth 401kFully employer funded ESOP for all employeesScholarship for employees' children; up to $28,000 per child1 month paid sabbatical after every 5 years of employment, plus $5000 for travelFull per diem with hotel and travel fully paid for and $95 per day for foodIndustry-leading performance based bonus program
