Job Details

In this role, you will manage tilt wall construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in warehouse and distribution center builds, as well as ground-up construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on complex projects and lead a team toward success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of tilt wall construction projects, from planning and coordination to execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet all project specifications.
  • Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Proactively resolve any challenges that arise during construction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of construction activities, including timelines, costs, and progress updates.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide management with frequent project status reports.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in tilt wall construction.
  • Proven expertise in constructing warehouses and distribution centers, along with ground-up projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for addressing issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working seamlessly across all levels of the team.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and technology tools.
  • A strong focus on safety, with a demonstrated history of maintaining safe work sites.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
