Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details:

Our company is seeking a Permanent Superintendent-Tilt Wall who has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our tilt wall construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse and distribution center construction, as well as ground up construction. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking on challenging projects and leading teams to success.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent-Tilt Wall, you will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing all aspects of tilt wall construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
• Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Keeping detailed records of all construction activities, including costs, timelines, and progress reports.
• Participating in project meetings and providing regular updates to senior management on project status.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Superintendent-Tilt Wall position will have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on tilt wall construction.
• Proven experience in warehouse and distribution center construction, as well as ground up construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and technology.
• A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of maintaining safe work environments.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
