Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring their work is performed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and to identify and address any issues or delays.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team, including superintendents, foremen, and laborers, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to successfully complete their tasks.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process, working collaboratively with all parties involved to find effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and punch lists.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process and beyond.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to healthcare construction, and incorporate them into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare construction and hospital projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes, including familiarity with medical equipment installation, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and other project documents.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
