Services include supply chain management, logistics management, testing and inspection services, and packaging and kitting.Your responsibilitiesJob SummarySupervise the transportation operations within a facility or across facilities, as determined.Job DescriptionShift: Mon - Fri 5pm - 5amKey Accountabilities:Supervise company drivers and activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper issues.Collaborate with managers/staff members and customers to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with government regulations, administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and Lean program.Obtain Freight rates for inside sales comparison.Arrange trucks for delivery to customers.Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.Maintain CTPAT and ISO certifications.This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
