Department Lead (Clothing)

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Clothing department.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Retail Clothing knowledge/experience

Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping

Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

Freight handling/forklift operation

Cashier

Sales

Ensure departments/store are clean, organized and well stocked

Assisting customers with product selection and load outs

Handling phone calls

Other tasks as assigned
