are responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the Quality Management System, including management of Change Control, Document Control, Calibration, and IFS Basic Data in the ERP system. The Lead uses their skills as a seasoned quality assurance specialist to maintain batch record reviews for final release of product while providing guidance to other support personnel.*This is a day shift position: 7am - 4pm*

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, a qualified individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily either with or without reasonable accommodation.Acts as an informal team leader, may deputize in their supervisor’s absence. Regularly trains new employees on department, ISO, and GMP procedures.Responsible for the maintenance of Quality System procedures and work instructions.Supports document control electronic system including scheduling document and diagram reviews, maintaining account users, and maintaining controlled copy holders.Supports Change Control process: revises documents and processes, tracks open changes, maintains records for all changes, maintains all controlled copies (i.e., filing, distributing, destroying), and prepares metrics on the process.Facilitates vendor evaluation process by maintaining all vendors checklists and by ensuring vendor ISO certificates are current and on file.Independently completes customer questionnaires.Maintains training database log and associated training records.Manages ERP Basic Data.Assists with customer and registration audits, regularly interacting with senior internal and external personnel.Manages record retention: prepares records for offsite storage, manages destruction/shredding, maintains back-up electronic copies of all protocols and validations, updates logs with approval dates, distributes protocol copies if needed.Assists as needed in approving quality related labels and shipping documents, and in performing shipment inspections (contingency resource).Responsible for product releases: reviewing job jacket contents, QC records, including verifying Certificate of Analysis and Lot Analysis.Maintains and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures.Responsible for Lisaline lot releases and completing a Certificate of Conformity.Maintains work area organization and documentation to satisfy ISO and GMP standards.Maintains good communication and working relationships with all departments and effectively functions within a team environment.Exhibits professional etiquette that exemplifies the values of the organization.Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, abilities, and skills required of personnel so classified.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:At least 4 years of work experience

At least 3 years quality management system experience

Preferred Requirements:Associates or Bachelors degreeISO and/or GMP experienceKey Skills and Competencies:Good verbal and written communication skills necessary.Knowledgeable math ability in the use of statistical methods, ability to interpret graphs and communicate results.Ability to read and interpret data, including graphs, as they relate to test results.Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw conclusions and identify problems.Good writing skills, and word processing.Ability to use spreadsheets (Corel & Excel).Email software in a Windows environment.Control software (for document control).ERP System.Zebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. USD 60240.00 - USD 90360.00 YearlySalary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
