The core responsibilities associated with the position include:Construction coordination, management, and promotion of Santa Rosa's public art collection.Coordination and management of large public cultural events.Permitting for all private events conducted within the City's public right-of-way.Budget preparation and monitoring.Fee and revenue analysis.Incorporation of economic development best practices.Grant writing.Conducting research.Preparing written and oral reports.Administering contracts and agreements.Managing projects.Acting as staff liaison to the Art in Public Places Committee.
