BDR Enablement Manager

to join the Global Revenue Enablement Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Field & Productivity Enablement, this role will partner with the NA BDR Leadership team to own the BDR Enablement strategy and execute critical enablement initiatives.Why Join Us?This person will be a direct enablement partner to the Business Development organization and will support communications, training, certifications, programs and coaching to the team directly, in partnership with Business Development leaders.You will be a critical voice for helping our Business Development teams understand how to work effectively and successfully with prospects to position the Mimecast Value Proposition.What You'll Do

Partner with the global onboarding team to drive the Onboarding and Continuous Development experience by conducting role plays, certifications, and other training exercises.Serve as a point person for new hires throughout the ramp period to best assess the learning and development needs or changes within the onboarding process.Take on the responsibility of owning and advocating for the BDR skills assessment aligned to the global skills systems in partnership with BDR leadership.Implement, maintain, and provide training on agreed-upon core competencies (skills, tools, product, process, methodology).Implement and own a standardized approach to best practices sharing within the BDR team to help uncover and qualify new opportunities.Build strategic relationships with Business Development leaders and reps along with other internal stakeholders.Track key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact.What You'll Bring

4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication preferred.Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, Customer Service, or Project Management is a plus, orProven work experience enabling go-to-market teams with a specific focus on inside sales, sales enablement or onboarding enablement.Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).Intellectual curiosity and a desire to be challenged.Autonomy – Critical thinker and active listener. Able to work autonomously to create collaborative outcomes.Purpose – Driven by the desire to unlock potential whether it be in people, systems, or processes by leveraging data to identify, codify and implement best practices.Able to distil complex problems into simple narratives and effectively communicate outcomes to a wide variety of audiences.Self-starter. Ability to work independently and think creatively while identifying opportunities to optimize work to be more efficient, scalable, and measurable.Organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.Team player who supports multiple BDR Managers/BDR Sub-teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums.Passionate about leading in-person and virtual training programs.What We Bring
