Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead project management efforts, ensuring alignment with OGS guidelines and client requirements.
Oversee safety and security protocols across all sites, maintaining a safe working environment.
Manage and process RFIs and IBs efficiently, facilitating seamless communication between all project stakeholders.
Ensure accurate submittal exchange tracking to maintain project timelines and documentation integrity.
Provide detailed progress reporting, keeping all parties informed and projects on track.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and their administration.
Familiarity with OGS policies and procedures and how they impact project execution.
Proven ability to manage RFIs, IBs, and related project documentation.
Strong background in enforcing safety and security measures on construction sites.
Proficiency in tracking submittals and ensuring timely exchanges.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
