Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with ten years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new business opportunities within the market.Duties
Conduct warm calls to potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including deliverables and presentations.Manage a team of account managers and oversee timelines, project plans, and cost estimates.Understand clients' needs and offer advice and solutions to their problems.Monitor P&L for customers.Collaborate with Executive Director and CEO on business pitches, cross-selling, project management, bids, and RFP submissions.Requirements
10 years of proven experience in account management and maintaining client relationships.Bachelor's Degree, with preference for candidates with marketing, business, sales, or communication.Capable of working with a cross-functional team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Postgraduate degree is a plus.Healthcare or Higher Education experience is preferred but not required.Job Type:
