Atlas Hartmann is looking for outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our team as an Account Manager! Position duties are primarily composed of sales, marketing, dealing with customers, orders, account questions, and renewing contracts.No experience is required; this opportunity is entry level, and we provide daily ongoing paid training. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction and integrity to every sale.Primary responsibilities for the Sales Account Manager role include:Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questionsHandling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaintsRecommends products that will meet customers’ needsAnswer customer questions about promotions or terms of sale.Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationUtilize computer technology to handle high sales volumes and place ordersContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintaining current knowledge of products offeredPerform all other related duties as assignedRequired Skills:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills18 years of age or olderHigh school Diploma or higherWe provide our employees with high-caliber hands-on training, including key performer pay bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
