Responsibilities
We are looking to add 4-5 new consultants to our teamYou will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the training and development of fellow Marketing and Sales AssociatesHandle customer inquiries and complaintsTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAssisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issuesHandling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clienteleQualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcited to grow from an entry-level positionBenefits
