We are currently seeking a Frontline Sales Manager at South Mountain.We offer a vibrant workplace, great compensation, as well as a generous vacation plan and a flexible work schedule.Responsibilities:
Assist sales representatives in closing sales and in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.Manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets.Maintain Bluegreen minimum performance standards.Attend and conduct site meetings as directed.Conduct sales presentations as prospect flow dictates.May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards.Perform specific managerial duties as assigned, which may vary from sales site.Present prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests.Make decisions on when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.Be responsible for recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and disciplining team members within the policies outlined in the Bluegreen Vacations company handbook.Hold at least one (1) weekly training session with curriculum approved by the In-House Sales Manager or Director of Sales.Evaluate team performance and ensure maintenance of minimum standards for VPG, sampler sales, referral collection, Medallia scores, and other metrics.Ensure that each team member is trained, mentored, and coached to be both a productive team member and a good representative of Bluegreen Vacation.Please note that Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) acquired Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (“Bluegreen”) as of January 17, 2024.If hired, you will be an employee of Bluegreen, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV.
