If you're looking for a role that combines your ambition to succeed with a passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you!We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead a sales team focused on growing our CHVAC lifecycle solutions offerings, which'll contribute to the growth and success of Carrier Service and enable Carrier to continue to differentiate themselves as a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.Based in Houston, TX area preferred, this position will be responsible for driving the execution of sales strategies and programs to achieve sales goals.Primary responsibilities in this role include:

Achieve financial goals for the Houston area through a mixture of attaining Line of Business orders, revenue, and profitability targets across Service Repairs, Service Agreements, and Mods & Controls ProjectsReview sales coverage to ensure resources are utilized effectively through alignment to territories, customers, and focused-selling rolesExecute a rigorous Management Operating System (MOS) including territory planning account planning, pipeline reviews & orders forecasting, activity management, and customer ride-alongsRetain & Grow our recurring revenue base via installed-based retention, capture, and conversion campaignsTransform the business mix via new product introductions focused on Healthy Buildings, Digitally-Enabled offerings, Sustainability offerings, and key vertical-focusesDemonstrate an aptitude for productive sales coaching sessions with each member of the sales team, while providing timely feedback on sales performanceBuild an engaged and sustainable workforce by supporting or creating development plans for direct team focused on 3E's (Experience, Exposure, and Education)Adopt and leverage tools/platforms such as SFDC and Power BI to monitor key sales metrics and initiatives, focused on enhancing sales efficiency and effectivenessHybrid work environment, ideally in Houston, TX.Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in the HVAC or in the Building Technologies industries2+ years' experience in direct report management in the HVAC or in the Building Technologies industries, in professional positions with increasing responsibilityHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to travel up to 50% within assigned areaPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field.Demonstrated experience in Service and Aftermarket industries in salesUnderstanding of market dynamics including industry trendsProven track record of coaching sales teams to deliver resultsStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources in both graphic and verbal format, while easily translating them to the target audienceAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)Working experience and advanced skills with CRM, preferably SalesForceHighly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple prioritiesSuperior follow-up and follow-through skillsCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
