Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager to join our team. As an IHG Extended Stay Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure high-quality service and to meet the needs of guests.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel marketing, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
Coordinate and conduct night audits to ensure all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor and manage the hotel's budget to ensure financial goals are met.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, guests, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong customer service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in hospitality management software and phone systems.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
