Supervise day-to-day activity for approximately 12 direct reports.Perform the project management function for the group including resource planning, objective setting, communication of issues, and reporting project progress to the Quality Manager.Serve as the Quality liaison with internal customers for projects in all stages of development.Manage rejects and blocked stock dispositions.Relay lab results to appropriate personnel.Maintain training requirements and records for all Technicians.Ensure Measurement System Analysis (MSA) are completed on the lab equipment.Be responsible for all calibration/verification for the site.Understand and follow all initiatives and processes for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 regulations, procedures, and processes as they pertain to job responsibilities.
