Monitors, reports on, and steers business unit innovation processes, projects, portfolio, and financial metrics.Drives and executes strategic innovation plans, initiatives, and projects within the SBU.Directs the Adhesives Development Process and associated software and governance.Executes innovation projects as the project manager.Leads & motivates cross-functional teams.Leads regular project and program review meetings with project teams and key stakeholders.Coaches project team members with innovation process responsibilities and assists with product launch quality ensuring thorough risk management.
