Contribute to global and regional best practices: Lead and participate in the development of best practices, training academies, processes, and tools on both a regional and global scale.Lead customer technical training initiatives: Deliver impactful customer training through various formats, including academies, webinars, on-site sessions, and at Henkel facilities.Align projects with customer feedback: Utilize customer insights to guide global and regional projects, creating joint value and strategic alignment.Collaborate effectively: Communicate clearly with end-users, colleagues, management, and other departments to achieve shared goals.Engage with external partners: Work closely with vendors and external teams to gather and validate business and technical requirements.Ensure sustained application success: Oversee the sustainment, development, and enhancement of applications to meet evolving business needs.Traveling of up to 20% will be part of this role.
