YOUR ROLE

Contribute to global and regional best practices: Lead and participate in the development of best practices, training academies, processes, and tools on both a regional and global scale.

Lead customer technical training initiatives: Deliver impactful customer training through various formats, including academies, webinars, on-site sessions, and at Henkel facilities.

Align projects with customer feedback: Utilize customer insights to guide global and regional projects, creating joint value and strategic alignment.

Collaborate effectively: Communicate clearly with end-users, colleagues, management, and other departments to achieve shared goals.

Engage with external partners: Work closely with vendors and external teams to gather and validate business and technical requirements.

Ensure sustained application success: Oversee the sustainment, development, and enhancement of applications to meet evolving business needs.

Travelling of up to 20% will be part of this role.

YOUR SKILLS

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5-7+ years of experience with adhesive materials or similar, battery technology preferred.

Strong consultative and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles as well as customer presentation.

Technical Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving.

Leadership experience (managerial or project related) is preferred.

The salary for this role is $130,000.00- $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
